Dr. Rangachar Kasturi is the Douglas Hood Professor Emeritus at University of South Florida. He taught machine learning, artificial intelligence and computer vision at the Pennsylvania State University and the University of South Florida. Dr. Kasturi was a former Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions in Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, the top journal in A.I.
