Ali Badreddine is the Vice President for Project Delivery, Energy and Sustainability, Asia Pacific at Johnson Controls, based in Sydney, Australia. Ali is responsible for the strategy, planning, development and successful execution of all field operations, sustainability and energy projects with profit and loss accountability for the multi-billion project delivery business and portfolio. 

Prior to joining Johnson Controls in April 2021, Ali was a General Electric and Baker Hughes Executive, with 20 years of international project execution and leadership experience, managing large complex energy technology projects across the Oil and Gas, Energy and Industrial sectors. Previous roles have encompassed project leadership, services and engineering across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe.

Ali’s extensive experience and passion for project management, energy technology, renewable energy as well as digital and business transformation has lead to him developing multiple execution strategies and models which effectively serve numerous industries including the new energy solutions space.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus, and a Master of Science in Project Management from Curtin University, Western Australia. Ali is also currently enrolled in the Executive Master in Future Energy at ESCP Business School in France.
