Phan Hoang Lan
Head of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI), Fulbright University Vietnam

 Lan Phan is currently the Head of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at Fulbright University Vietnam. She graduated with a BA in Economics from Smith College, US, an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford, UK, and a PhD from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. With over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship and innovation, she has held strategic positions at the Ministry of Science and Technology and UNDP Viet Nam. In 2018, she made it to Forbes Vietnam’s 30 under 30 list and Apolitical’s list of most influential young people in government worldwide.


Workshop: "Understanding Greentech Customers Using Innovation Frameworks"

In this workshop, participants are introduced to various tools and methods for gaining insights into their target audience. We’ll explore customer characteristics, behaviors, pain points, challenges, and unmet desires. Based on this understanding, participants can offer solutions that better address the needs of their intended audience.
