Ha is one of the most experienced energy lawyers in Vietnam with more than 20 years of energy law practice experience. He has been instrumental in the development of key policies and regulations for the entire Vietnamese energy sector.
He founded Nami Energy in 2019 and since then has led a strong team of investors and professionals, renowned for their experience in the renewable energy sector to support Vietnam’s energy transition and help safeguard the planet by investing and facilitating investment in sustainable energy.
He is a Partner in VILAF’s Energy Practice Group having advised on many of the most complex energy transactions in the country.
Ha received a BA in Economic Law from Hanoi Law School (1995) and a MA degree in International Economic Law from the Warwick University’s School of Law (1999).
