Tran Thi Thuy Trang is the Program Manager of YSEALI Academy at Fulbright University Vietnam. Prior to joining FUV, she was the Founder and CEO of Domino Education, an engaging learning space for students to learn English and acquire 21st century skills. Trang ran Domino Education for 5 years, helping thousands of Vietnamese students develop their passion for learning, enhanced their ability to think outside of the box, and encouraged them to apply the knowledge to solve real life problems. In addition to Domino, Trang carried out many other meaningful social projects, providing English, soft-skill, and entrepreneurship training workshops for thousands of students in Northern provinces of Vietnam. Trang is also an inspirational speaker and writer for the young community in Vietnam. Her book, “Finding ways in your 20s”, encouraging young people to overcome barriers in life, has received great attention from the Vietnamese community. She also delivered a TEDx talk about the power of co-design in education.
Trang has been awarded the Fulbright scholarship and obtained her Master degree in Digital Media Design for Learning at New York University. Trang was selected as one of the prominent state alumni to meet Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in July 2012, Former Vice President of the U.S. Joe Biden in 2014, Former Secretary of State John Kerry in 2015, and Former Secretary of State Michael Pompeo in 2018.
