Education:

Ph.D.: 2006, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)

Bio: Dr. Quan Le joined Fulbright University Vietnam wishing to transfer his expertise in commercial product development from industry environment to young generations, utilizing liberal art engineering scheme of Fulbright to equip students with multi-dimension knowledge of commercial product development process. Being a pioneer in building and managing the R&D forces of Viettel and Vingroup to develop hi-tech products with domestic manpower, he has lots of experience training fresh graduates into experienced engineers via multiple practical projects, generating products that match with market needs and commercially profitable.

Dr. Le believes project-based courses with hands-on experience and practical application of theory into real-case problem solving is essential for training engineers to work in industry environment. Therefore, his class is the mixture of project assignment, theory illustrated by real case issues with simulation, and hands-on work in lab experiments.

Dr. Quan Le spent 9 years study and work in Korea in IC design field, then 12 years in Vietnam to develop ICT products and solutions for mass market with Viettel and Vingroup. Before going to Korea, he worked for VNPT in telecom network and satellite communication projects.
