The YSEALI Academy is an interdisciplinary department that conducts innovative research on a diverse range of topics with the ultimate aim of empowering Southeast Asian Youth. Our research aims to promote understanding and improvement of entrepreneurship & management, AI, diplomacy and health in the Southeast Asian region. We are generously funded by grants from the US Department of State to realize this mission. Apart from publishing our findings in international peer-reviewed journals, we are strongly committed towards communicating our science through our flagship YSEALI Seminars and to the broader public. International collaboration is key to our successes, and we are proud of our research partnerships with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Columbia University, University of Chicago as well as several industry research partners. Our research teams are highly diverse, ranging from senior researchers to undergrad students in the arts & sciences. We are always open for potential interesting and fun research collaborations.
