Hanh Ha is the CEO and founder of SoftenMind, a mental wellness platform dedicated to bringing affordable mental health support to everyone, everywhere. Prior to this, she was the COO of a construction company, an experience that taught the value of resilience and the power of relationships. Hanh’s transition from the aggressive environment of construction to the field of mental health was driven by her own journey through depression, where she received invaluable help and support. This deeply personal experience awakened a realization that the mental wellness industry—and the people it serves—deserve more attention and resources. Since its launch in May 2023, SoftenMind has grown to support over 6,000 users by offering essential mental health resources and connecting them with suitable and reliable therapists. Last year, she launched the Hopeful Horizon project, a social initiative aimed at increasing awareness of mental health issues and preventing youth suicide and self-harm in Vietnam. It has since evolved into the country's biggest mental health project. This initiative has garnered support from the government, high schools and universities nationwide, popular artists, and professionals in the health industry.Hanh Ha is also a co-founder of Wisdom Viet, an institution dedicated to providing professional training for therapists and fostering a community among professionals in the field.
