Dr. Minh Vo is a team coach with a focus on innovation and conflict process. He has coached venture-funded founders, non-profit leaders, and IT senior managers on conflict management, change management, as well as personal fulfilment and operating model. He has also co-authored six business-school case studies on innovation in technology startups, one of which is Case Center’s international bestseller in 2023.
Dr. Vo wrote his doctoral thesis on strategic human capital management at INSEAD business school. Through case-study research, his thesis unpacks the innovation process inside technology R&D ventures, social enterprises, and creative businesses; using 40 to 150 interviews for each selected case study.
Before doing his PhD, he was a management consultant for A.T. Kearney based in New York and investment analyst for an angel-investor network based in Mumbai. He also built healthcare operations for a startup and founded a youth organization in Vietnam that provides after-school education for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
