Dialogue Facilitator

Nam Pham is a dialogue facilitator and a professional trainer in participatory process design. With an undergraduate degree in cultural studies from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (Japan) and a Masters' in organization studies from Tilburg University (Netherlands), he has always been on an intellectual and practical quest to support people to collaborate and enjoy collaborating across diffferences. Nam has facilitated workshops about intercultural teamwork and communication for participants from more than 30 countries and regions. He has facilitated mostly for the education and non-profit sectors, notable among whom are: the Kumon Institute of Education, Self-Access Learning Center & The Center for Inclusive Leadership (Japan); The Centre for Holding Space (Canada); WWF-Biodiversity Conservation Act and VVOB (Viet Nam). He co-founds Tròn Lành Network (2022) as a hub for facilitation skills training, as well as for professional facilitators in Vietnam to connect and exchange opportunities. Nam is also a certified leadership development practitioner with the Institute for Zen Leadership.
