Khairul Rusydi lives at the intersection of design, education technology, and youth development. ​

The co-founder and CEO of Reactor, Rusydi has trained over 2,000 students and young professionals, and presented to a collective audience of over 5,000 on Entrepreneurship Education (EntreEd).​

He has won, mentored and judged at several tech, start-up and business plan competitions. A junior delegate to the World Entrepreneurship Forum (WEF), Rusydi also consults for schools and corporations on how to design an entrepreneurial curriculum and build an innovative culture.  ​

Rusydi has represented Singapore at various international  platforms, including the ASEAN-India Exchange programme and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), sponsored by the American Embassy. Most recently, he represented the country at the APEC Youth for Voices Summit in Beijing, and the Commonwealth Youth Forum in London. He currently serves on the boards of *SCAPE and Emergence, the youth-arm of the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).  ​
