Day 4 Recap: YSEALI Academy The Unconference on Impact Entrepreneurship

Day 4 of the YSEALI Academy's Unconference on Impact Entrepreneurship was filled with empowering sessions and thought-provoking discussions. Let's dive into the highlights of the day:

Morning Session: An enlightening lecture on “Bringing People to the Negotiation Table: Assumptions and Associated Risks” led by the esteemed Professor Helet Botha.

Throughout the session, our fellows are guided in the concept of 'the effectual ask' and focus on the role of assumptions in bringing people to the negotiation table. They also explored the assumptions about others' motivations and how these assumptions can impact their ability to initiate negotiations, addressing potential barriers to effective communication.
